Returns/Exchanges: We accept all returns and exchanges within 10 days after an order is received. For exchanges/returns we ask that you mail the unwanted product back to us in its original condition. Please fill out the return/exchange form as completely as possible. We appreciate any and all feedback on our products. There will be no additional charge for shipping on the first exchange. There is an additional shipping charge of $4.95 on the second exchange.
